General terms

(1) The artist will only draw in their artstyle.
(2) The artist have the right to refuse a commission.
(3) Providing visual references is highly appreciated, but not required.
(4) The artist will not draw mecha, extreme gore, nudity, hate art, and furries (nekonomimi is okay).

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

(1) The artist, Ryme (ixeriin) holds the rights to the finished artwork.
(2) The artist may use / upload the artwork in their portfolio or any platform.
(3) The artwork is for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
(4) Using personal artworks for commercial purposes / NFT is strictly prohibited.

PAYMENT

(1) Payment is required before starting the commission (in partial or in full via gcash / paypal).
(2) Prices are subjected to change (will charge extra for additional and complex details, accessories and background).
(3) Remaining balance (if there is any) shall be paid before sending the final artwork.
(4) Prices will be doubled for commercial purposes.

PROCESS AND DELIVERY

(1) The artist will notify the client upon starting the commission.
(2) No CANCELLATIONS or REFUNDS once the artist starts working on your commission.
(3) Turnaround time of the commission should be done in 1-2 weeks.
